Located at Dar-ul-Shifa, on the southern bank of Musi River in the Twin City is one of the best museums in south India.
It has a wide collection of exhibits which you don’t generally find in other museums. The entrance fee is nominal.
The largest one-man collection in the world. Many artefacts are unique, nowhere in the world can be found such pieces. Should not miss is the Clock when hourly bell rings, a white marble statue with a veil, and many more such awestruck art pieces.
It is in the congested part of the city and you might need to plan for reaching there accordingly.
There are enough things to look around and it could easily take 2 hours if not more to look around the place.
