Willpower is the inner strength which acts as a driving force for our survival. This 4 words statement is the actual crux of willpower, “If I can and I will”. It’s the power of will to complete one’s wishes. It is a magical force in the path of change. These three lines are really helpful to build firm willpower.
Start from where you are,
Use what you have,
Do what you can.
The guiding force which works behind small as well as great goals such as getting up early in the morning, doing exercise, quieting over-thinking and cracking competition exam all are achieved with an inner strength which is called willpower.
Just perform one exercise to check the actual level of your willpower; Take a paper pen and ask one question to yourself, “If one day is offered to you to spend with your choice with all privileges then how will you spend that day.” In reply, if you got an answer (related to your wishes) then you had strong willpower and if you are unable to chart out it as per your dreams then you have doubt about your goals and which is further draining your power and shaking your faith.
No doubt, we all have difficult times in our lives, no one is spending life on a bed of roses, to live well develop a habit of loving ourselves, accepting us in the most effective ways. The mind is just a muscle, so always train it to build strong willpower. If we are not satisfied with our existence or our past actions then a very small acceptance of ourselves do magical things in your life. I will complete this article with the beautiful lines of Mahatma Gandhi, “Strength doesn’t come from physical capacity, it comes from an indomitable will”, so take care of your willpower this is the only action that can bring positive change in you.
Thank you and stay blessed!!!
