The reason behind Ageing: Fighting oxidative stress to improve the healthy life.

Trust me, it’s not about to eat healthy always. We always try to eat healthy foods to take care of our body and make sure that we are taking care of urself. but are we absorbing those healthy foods from our body? It is important to absorb that as well and assimilate well from the healthy diet or the foods that we eat . The process is termed as metabolism scientifically.

What exactly is metabolism and how it affects oxidative stress?

Metabolism s power to convert food into energy. What you consume and eat is fats protein and carbohydrates in diet along with essential vitamins and minerals which are important for necessary bodily functions. But it is important to note how well we absorb these macronutrients and micronutrients in the body. The Absorption power is of utmost importance. The body’s ability and power to absorb and assimilate is essential to take care of. This is what is metabolism.

By-products produced during the metabolic process

Free radicals are produced when you undergo the metabolism of certain foods especially the junk foods. That’s why we tell you to avoid it from the list. Oxidative stress occurs when free radicals overwhelm the body’s defence mechanism against the harmful effects. Then, free radicals are produced. A natural by-product of metabolism and free radicals are unstable molecules. When left unchecked free radicals can damage the DNA by robbing the molecules of their other electrons. ( a process is known as oxidation )

Antioxidants are very essential for the defence against the free radicals damaging our health system.

In recent years scientists have linked oxidative stress to ageing and several diseases. However, some research suggests that antioxidants found in certain natural substance may enhance your health by fighting oxidative stress.

Oxidative stress and health

Oxidative stress may contribute to the development of many chronic diseases including

  • Age-related macular degeneration
  • Atherosclerosis
  • Cancer
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • Glaucoma
  • Heart disease
  • Inflammation
  • Insulin resistance
  • Neurodegenerative disease
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Stress
  • Stroke
  • Diabetes
  • Osteoarthritis

Antioxidants and oxidative stress:

Antioxidants are found in a host of foods and herbs antioxidants can bind of free radicals and stop them from stealing electrons from other molecules in your body. Research suggests that following antioxidant-rich substances may neutralize free radicals and increase your defence against oxidative stress.

Foods that are rich in antioxidants:

  • Chokeberry
  • Blueberries
  • Spinach
  • Green tea
  • Milk thistle
  • Tumeric
  • Resveratrol
  • Beta-carotene, coenzyme Q10 melatonin vitamins c and vitamin E are also known to acts as antioxidants and possibly acts as antioxidants to protect against oxidative stress.

Using natural remedies to diminish oxidative stress

A high diet in antioxidant foods can help in improving overall health. It is just present in all-natural foods and vegetables.

The relationship between oxidative stress and anxiety and stress:

Oxidative stress represents a loss of balance in oxidation and reduction reactions. It s characterized by reducing the ability of an antioxidant to efficiently eliminate the excess of oxygen-deprived species production eliciting the toxicity of oxygens and its detrimental effects.

Steps to be taken

  • Avoid sugar and processed foods while balancing your blood sugar levels.
  • Prevent infections.
  • Allow time for daily stress remedies.
  • Avoid toxins.
  • Increasing antioxidants.
  • Promote oxidation of antioxidants.
  • Eat foods that help to make glutathione.
  • Eat food that is high in sulphur.
  • Take supplements that are important to taken care.
  • Use combination product and antioxidation diet and supplements.
  • Take herbs that are high in antioxidants.

Protecting yourself from oxidative stress

Knowing that we are exposed to may stress and oxidants and potentially infections daily choosing ways to reduce stress and increase antioxidants will help you to prevent cancer and live a long and healthy life.

Please keep in mind that any supplements nutrients herbs enzymes or other should be used with caution. Instead, go for homoeopathy which is the safe and effective mode of treatment which needs to be taken care and given effect to everybody worldwide for oxidative stress.
